3.1. An order is considered valid once payment has been received.
3.2. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if:

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Customer.
5.2. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, in accordance with Latvian law and EU consumer protection regulations.
6.2. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
6.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless the product is defective.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
7.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

8. Warranty and Claims

8.1. The Customer has the right to submit claims regarding defective goods in accordance with Latvian consumer protection law.
8.2. Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
8.3. The Seller will review claims within a reasonable period and provide a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
